Home and Garden Show

Well, April 24, 25 and 26 was our first Home and Garden Show. "WHAT A JOKE". We did the El Dorado County show which was advertising (from past history) 15,000 - 20,000 people. In the 3 days that we spent there we may have seen 1,000 - 2,500 people at the most. To add to it, the coordinators of the event placed our booth directly across from another soy candle booth, I can't tell you how many people we had come by and question " who was in charge of this?, what horrible placing". On a positive note, we did have many people stop by and comment on how strong our scents were and how good our candles smelt, some of which had just come from the other candle booth. We may or may not do another home show in the future, time will tell. Our ultimate goal now would be to place our candles on a store shelf and become a manufacturer/wholesaler vs a retailer. Any help on reaching this goal would be much appreciated. To close this post, we would like to thank all those of you who have purchased our candles or hosted a party and continue to do so. Thank you.
